The Lord in mercy spares thee yet, His love to thee is great;
But do not tempt that love too far, or it may be too late.

Thou art the Way: to Thee alone
From sin and death we flee;
And he who would the Father seek
Must seek Him, Lord, by Thee.

I walked one day along a country road
And there a stranger journeyed too

It was the cross the cross I knew
